Meet Daniel and David (Co-founders & twin buds)

At Twin Buds Painting, our ethos revolves around four core principles: Quality, Craftsmanship, Trust, and Enjoyment.

Daniel and David have committed themselves to instilling these values within our service and company culture.

Quality is our bedrock. We are committed to delivering top-notch results, ensuring that every brushstroke reflects excellence.

Craftsmanship is our commitment. Our team of skilled painters executes projects with precision and care, reflecting our dedication to superior workmanship.

Trust is our cornerstone. We prioritize transparency, reliability, and integrity, earning your confidence through every step of the process.

Enjoyment is our essence. We strive to make your painting experience seamless and enjoyable, creating spaces that bring joy and inspiration to your daily life.

TO DIY OR TO GO WITH THE PROS?

The best way to prevent messes and mistakes is by hiring a professional painting company like Slipstream. We’ll also bring all the supplies we need to get your project painted quickly and accurately – you don’t need to provide any tools or equipment. Our painters are experts and know how to work without dripping paint everywhere, how to paint with clean lines and how to leave your walls streak-free. Best of all, you won’t have to worry about cleaning up the mess—that’s OUR job.

  • SHOULD I PURCHASE MY OWN PAINT?
You are more than welcome to do so. At Twin Buds Painting, we are happy to provide labor-only estimates as well as labor and material estimates. However, unless you have a painting/construction company of your own and are already purchasing in volume, it is in your best interest to have us purchase the paint for your project. The reason is that reputable paint manufacturers, such as Benjamin Moore and Sherwin Williams, provide deeply discounted pricing for paint contractors (Twin Buds Painting). Don’t waste money and purchase at retail price!
  • WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT ON THE PROJECT'S START DATE?
At the project start date, you can expect to have Slipstream Painting show up on time. Once the Slipstream team is on site, you will be briefed on the project timeline and introduced to each individual painter on the team. From there, the painting team will begin prep work. Depending on the scope of work and the layout of the property, prep work will vary. Common components of prep work include: Masking/covering of floors. Masking/covering of baseboards. Removal of faceplates. Caulking of baseboards and trim. Sanding and/or degreasing of wooden surfaces. Pressure Washing
  • SHOULD MY PAINTING CONTRACTOR CARRY INSURANCE?
Yes! Every contractor should carry insurance. Painting contractors commonly carry insurance in the form of general liability and/or workers’ compensation insurance. Please ask us for a copy of our insurance. We are happy to provide a certificate of insurance (COI).
  • DO YOU WARRANTY YOUR WORK?
Great Question. Slipstream Painting offers a 2-year painting service warranty. This includes defects in craftsmanship and any issues/defects that might arise from improper application. Please see service contract for specifications.
  • WHAT KIND OF PAINT DO YOU USE OR RECOMMEND?
We love to work with Benjamin Moore (BM) and Sherwin Williams (SW). Across the board, both manufacturers offer extensive warranties for their product lines. BM and SW also carry some of the best products available within the industry in terms of coverage, durability and color retention. Our recommendation of any product from BM or SW largely depends on your project and what you are looking to get out of the applied product. Factors that would affect the type of paint you use: Budget Surface interior/exterior and type of surface? Climate (Humid/dry) Desired sheen/finish
